Sorry Studio is a creative studio and multipurpose space found in a quiet residential area of Parkdale.

The 1200 sq. ft. space features 12ft ceilings, white walls and floors, two oversized windows with Northern and Eastern exposure, black out curtains, brick columns, full kitchen and lounge area, Sonos speaker system, wardrobe and changing area, and private outdoor space. We have a variety of furniture and equipment included in your booking to help bring your vision to life.

Our main floor unit, double doors, and free parking lot allows equipment, props, and additional furniture to be loaded in and out with ease.

The perfect blank canvas, Sorry Studio is ideal for photo and video production, small events, wardrobe fittings, fitness classes, workshops, content creation and more!

Is there parking?

We have free parking onsite on a first come, first serve basis. As we share the parking lot with other offices, we recommend booking after 6 PM or on the weekend if you have many vehicles needed for your production.

Alternatively there is street parking and a Green P lot found on Queen St.

What furniture is available?

Check out images of the space to see current furniture, or email us for a full list! Our Instagram will have our most up to date photos of the space.

Is there office space?

Our front area is the primary office space with a large table, printer, scanner, and more.

What are the studio policies?

When is the best time to shoot for natural lighting?

Morning between 7am - 1pm

Are there any additional fees?

Every booking has a $55 cleaning fee, and additional fees can be incurred depending on your equipment needs

Do you have kitchen facilities?

We have a full kitchen located between our office and studio area with a full oven and stovetop, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, plates, mugs, glasses, and cutlery. We also provide complimentary snacks with each booking!

Max capacity is 40 people

What time do you close?

All events must finish by 10 PM due to noise restrictions in the area

Are pets allowed?

House trained pets are typically allowed, but do let us know ahead of time when you book

What’s the cancellation policy?

All booking allows a full refund for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation with the exception of bookings that are confirmed within 48 hours of the start time.

If you cancel outside of 48 hours from the start of the booking, you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable.

Security deposits will be returned upon completion of booking unless damage is incurred.

• No smoking inside the studio

• No adult filming or activity

• No glitter, slime, or any substances that cannot be cleaned easily from the floor

• Indoor shoes are ideal while using our space. If you do not have indoor shoes, shoe covers will be provided. If you need to use outdoor shoes, please clean up afterwards :)

• Furniture is free to be moved, but we ask that you lift to avoid any damage to our floors and walls.

• Once finished please return the space to the condition you found it.

• Any damages to the studio, equipment, or furniture will lead to forfeiture of your security deposit.

• Please keep noise at a respectful level to avoid disturbing our neighbours within the building

• Loitering in the hallways, upper level, basement, and the parking lot is strictly prohibited. Your booking only allows the use of our unit, so please keep all activities within the unit, thanks!

• Bookings must be paid in full before using our space.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. There is a 30% cancellation fee.

• We pride ourselves on providing a safe and inclusive workspace. We do not tolerate any form of hate or negativity towards any group of people. If we hear such negativity, you will be asked to leave the premises.

• Please treat our neighbours with respect should you come into contact with them

• We ask that you clean up after yourselves; treat this space as if it is your own.

• We are not responsible for any loss or damages to personal belongings.

• No DJs or large speaker equipment

• Outside catering is permitted
