Yes, the rental accounts for your use exclusively of the studio during your booking time slot.

We have a large table available as a work space and can offer a printer, scanner, projector, smart television and more.

Afternoon/Evening between 2pm-8pm

Is there a speaker available?

Yes, you can play your Spotify playlist to our Google speaker!

Are there any additional fees?

Every booking has a $55 cleaning fee, and additional fees can be incurred depending on your staff and equipment needs

What's the max capacity?

Max capacity is 50 people

What time do you close?

All events must finish by 11 PM due to noise restrictions

Are pets allowed?

House trained pets are typically allowed, but do let us know ahead of time when you book

What if I need more time during my booking?

We can accommodate bookings that go past their revered time slot if there is not another booking in the studio after you. If you require more time, please let one of our team know as soon as you can so we can ensure availability and avoid any overlap between bookings. Overtime hours are charged at the full hour price of $115 + HST and must be paid immediately after the booking has ended. The credit card on file will be charged or you will receive an invoice depending on your payment method.

What to expect if I select “Reserve now pay later”

Your credit card will be charged for the booking prior to the booking if you have selected "Reserve Without Paying". We do not delay payments until after bookings has ended without previous agreement. Any additional time used will be charged after the booking either via credit card or we can send an invoice. 

If the booking has not accepted your card information for automatic payment, please reach out so we can confirm an alternative payment method to lock in your date.

What’s the cancellation policy?

All booking allows a full refund for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation with the exception of bookings that are confirmed within 48 hours of the start time.

If you cancel outside of 48 hours from the start of the booking, you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable.

Security deposits will be returned upon completion of booking unless damage is incurred.

No smoking inside the studio

• No adult filming or activity

• No glitter, slime, or any substances that cannot be cleaned easily from the floor

• No climbing, skating or standing on the curve of the cyclorama

• Indoor shoes are ideal while using our space and are required on the cyclorama. If you do not have indoor shoes, shoe covers will be provided. If you need to use outdoor shoes, please clean up afterwards.

• Furniture is free to be moved, but we ask that you lift to avoid any damage to our floors and walls.

• Once finished please return the space to the condition you found it.

• Any damages to the studio, equipment, or furniture will lead to forfeiture of your security deposit. Missing items will incur the same forfeiture.

• Please keep noise at a respectful level to avoid disturbing our neighbours within the building

• Loitering in the hallways, upper level, basement, and the parking lot is strictly prohibited. Your booking only allows the use of our unit, so please keep all activities within the unit, other than using washroom facilities

• Bookings must be paid in full before using our space.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• We pride ourselves on providing a safe and inclusive workspace. We do not tolerate any form of hate or negativity towards any group of people. If we hear such negativity, you will be asked to leave the premises.

• Please treat our neighbours with respect should you come into contact with them

• We are not responsible for any loss or damages to personal belongings.

• No DJs or large speaker equipment

• Outside catering is permitted
