Items with significant factory defects are accepted for exchange within 48 hours from when the shipment is received. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition. In as-new condition is defined as unworn, unwashed, undamaged (beyond what is noted if exchanging due to factory defect). We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the merchandise does not meet these criteria. Allow 3-5 business days for refunds to process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs incurred while sending merchandise back for exchange.
